Evoluţia ocupării forţei de muncă şi şomajului / The Change in Employment and Unemployment

Potrivit datelor rezultate din declaratiile agentilor economici privind locurile de munca vacante, in evidentele Agentiei Nationale pentru Ocuparea Fortei de Munca (ANOFM) sunt inregistrate 9.794 locuri de munca, in saptamana 9-16 iulie 2009.  Situatia locurilor de munca vacante, disponibile in fiecare judet, este urmatoarea: Alba 63 locuri de munca, Arad 207, Arges 433, Bacau 288, Bihor 185, Bistrita-Nasaud 81, Botosani 83, Brasov 347, Braila 127, municipiul Bucuresti 1.097, Buzau 141, Caras-Severin 141, Calarasi 388, Cluj 668, Constanta 186, Covasna 118, Dambovita 55, Dolj 327, Galati 211, Giurgiu 86, Gorj 187, Harghita 135, Hunedoara 679, Ialomita 41, Iasi 257, Ilfov 58, Maramures 246, Mehedinti 42, Mures 169, Neamt 150, Olt 77, Prahova 69, Satu Mare 337, Salaj 202, Sibiu 252, Suceava 244, Teleorman 185, Timis 538, Tulcea 106, Vaslui 193, Valcea 214 si Vrancea 181 locuri de munca.

Rata somajului inregistrat in luna iunie a fost de 6,0%, fata de 5,8% in luna mai 2009 si 3,7% in aceeasi luna a anului 2008. Numarul total al somerilor inregistrati in evidentele agentiilor judetene pentru ocuparea fortei de munca a fost de 548.940 de persoane, din care 240.224 femei.In urmatoarele judete rata somajului a fost sub procentul inregistrat la nivel national: Ilfov (1,5%), Bucuresti (1,8%), Timis (3,4%), Constanta (3,8%), Bihor (4,2%), Satu Mare (4,8%), Cluj si Maramures (cate 5,0%), Arad si Botosani (cate 5,4%), Suceava (5,6%), Giurgiu si Vrancea (cate 5,7%), Mures (5,8%), Tulcea (5,9%).Cea mai mare rata a somajului s-a inregistrat in judetele: Vaslui (12,1%), Mehedinti (10,6%), Alba (9,9%), Teleorman (9,4%), Dolj (9,3%), Galati (9,1%), Hunedoara (9,0%), Gorj (8,9%), Bacau si Covasna (cate 8,6%), Ialomita (8,4%), Caras-Severin (8,0%). Din totalul somerilor inregistrati la nivel national, 290.281 sunt someri indemnizati, iar 258.649 neindemnizati. De asemenea, mentionam ca rata somajului in randul femeilor a fost de 5,7%. O schimbare de trend, adica o scadere a ratei somajlui si a numarului de someri este de asteptat doar dupa trimestrul IV din 2009, in conditiile unei stabilizari economice.

According to the data coming from the economic agents’ statements on the job offers, in the registers of the National Agency for the Employment (ANOFM), there are 9.794 registered jobs throughout the week from the 9th to the 16th of July 2009. The present situation of the available jobs for each department is as follows : Alba: 63 jobs, Arad: 207 jobs, Arges: 433, Bacau: 288, Bihor: 185, Bistrita-Nasaud: 81, Botosani: 83, Brasov: 347, Braila: 127, Bucharest: 1.097, Buzau: 141, Caras-Severin: 141, Calarasi: 388, Cluj: 668, Constanta: 186, Covasna: 118, Dambovita: 55, Dolj: 327, Galati: 211; Giurgiu: 86, Gorj: 187, Harghita: 135, Hunedoara:: 679, Ialomita: 41, Iasi:257, Ilfov: 58, Maramures: 246, Mehedinti: 42, Mures: 169, Neamt: 150, Olt: 77, Prahova: 69, Satu Mare: 337, Salaj: 202, Sibiu: 252, Suceava: 244, Teleorman: 185, Timis: 538, Tulcea: 106, Vaslui: 193, Valcea: 214 and Vrancea 181 available jobs.

The unemployment rate in July was 6. 0% compared with 5.8 % in May 2009 and with 3. 7% registered in the same month of 2008. The total number of unemployed people registered in the registers of the department employment agencies was 548,940, out of which 240,224 women. In the following departments, the unemployment rate was lower than the unemployment rate registered at national level: Ilfov (1.5%), Bucharest (1.8%), Timis (3.4%), Constanta (3.8%), Bihor (4.2%), Satu Mare (4.8%), Cluj and Maramures (5.0% each one), Arad and Botosani (5.4% each one), Suceava (5.6%), Giurgiu and Vrancea (5.7% each one), Mures (5.8%) and Tulcea (5.9%). The highest unemployment rate has been registered in the following departments: Vaslui (12.1%), Mehedinti (10.6%), Alba (9.9%), Teleorman (9.4%), Dolj (9.3%), Galati (9.1%), Hunedoara (9.0%), Gorj (8.9%), Bacau and Covasna (8.6% each one), Ialomita (8.4%), Caras-Severin (8.0%). Out of the total number of unemployed people registered at national level, 290,281 receive unemployment benefits and 258,649 do not receive any unemployment benefits. In addition, we mention that the unemployment rate for women was 5.7%. A change in trend, meaning a decline in the unemployment rate and in the number of unemployed people, is expected only after the IVth trimester of 2009, in the conditions of an economic stabilisation.
